Jose Montero, a Midwest-based comedian, began his standup journey after watching a comedy show in his hometown of Beloit, Wisconsin. Seeing the power of laughter helping people get through hard times compelled him to pursue his calling to help heal the world through laughter. From small bars to civic theaters and comedy clubs across the country, Jose's fast-paced, high-energy storytelling style keeps crowds engaged. Inspired by his idols John Pinette, Gabriel Iglesias, and Robin Williams, Jose draws from his experiences from the ancient 1900s to the present, including his upbringing, being a father, relationships, and experiencing the world as an incognito Latino.
