A global comedian, Leo has traveled the world performing stand-up. Originally from Chicago, he began his comedy career in Los Angeles quickly working his way into major clubs, becoming a regular at the Comedy & Magic Club, Laugh Factory and Comedy Cellar. His delivery has been described as “smooth and deliberate,” his comedy, “hilarious" and "provocative.” Earning a Masters of Arts in Counseling/Psychology, he makes political issues, personal. Combining both his education and comedy, he did a TEDx talk on "ambition."
Captivating audiences of all demographics, Leo Flowers has performed overseas (Japan, Turkey, Egypt, Guantanamo Bay, Italy, Pakistan). He's also performed on US military bases and at the Montreal Comedy Festival.
With numerous television appearances: FOX’s “Bones”, “Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen," MTV’s “Sports Blender;” "The Up Down" on the E! Network, he's quickly becoming a household name. A competitor, Leo Flowers was a finalist in NBC’s "Stand-up For Diversity" competition and the Laughing Skull Comedy Competition; 1st runner-up in the San Francisco Comedy Competition. Leo has also been featured numerous times on the “Bob and Tom Radio Show." He was also seen hosting on "Staan Dup" on Starz and was featured on NBC's "Last Call with Carson Daily." Most recently, he can be seen on Comedy Central's "This Week at the Comedy Cellar."
