Box Office

Our box office opens nightly at 6:30PM. You may pay as you enter the club. Advance tickets with "reserved seats" are available for any show through TicketWeb.

 

Reservation Policy

We accept reservations for our early shows. A reservation will guarantee your admission into the club up until one hour prior to showtime, after that it is "first come - first served". Late shows are always "first come - first served"

 

Seating Capacity

Our showroom can accommodate 250 persons, our restaurant, bar & lounge 125 persons plus.

 

Parking

Our complex provides plenty of free parking. The Comic Strip will accept no responsibility for any vehicle or items left inside vehicles in the parking area.

 

Payment

"in God We Trust" ...all others pay cash! Sorry, we do not accept checks. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Age Limit

17 years old to laugh, 21 to drink. We card and wristband at the door. Everyone is required to present valid legal ID. 14 through 16 with parent or legal guardian only.

 

Smoking Policy

All public places in El Paso are non smoking!

 

Handicap Accessibility

The Comic Strip is handicap accessible and meets or exceeds code.

 

Food & Beverage

The Comic Strip offers a full service bar, we also carry a HUGE selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Happy Hour Wednesday through Saturday 6:30 until 7:30PM. Our restaurant serves some of the best and most reasonable priced food in El Paso.

 

Drink Minimum

We do not have a drink minimum, however we do charge for water if you are not ordering from the bar. No outside food or beverages are allowed on our premises.

 

Gift Certificates

Give the "Gift of Laughter", gift certificates are available through the Box Office.

 

Auditions

Auditions or "Guest Sets" are only considered when set up in advance with the owner booker Bart Reed. Comics only. Booking Line: (915) 585-8405.

 

Office/Holiday Parties

We have occasional drawing for Free Office Party tickets. We also give group discounts if you would like to bring in your group on a specific date.

 

Club Rental

The Comic Strip is available for any occasion, day or night. We are the perfect place for fundraisers, luncheons, sales meetings and military "Hail & Farewell" parties. We can cater your event, with or without live entertainment. Talk to club manager to personalize your important event.

 

Catering

Full service Catering is available for your function on or off the Comic Strip premises. Let us plan the right menu for your group.
